"Item is in transit to me and hope everything turns out ok. I do have a question that is still unanswered. I wrote a e-mail to ****@**** on May 6 and received a automated response that did not answer my question. I also tried the two phone numbers on the web site at different times but nobody answered the phone ***-***-**** & 1-***-***-****).
The question I have is in regard to a e-mail from PCRapids saying my "White Box" order is backordered. The web page I ordered from did not mention "white box" and the picture shown is a retail box version. I hope this is what I will receive since this is what the web page shows.
Other than that the order process was smooth.

"I recently purchased a motherboard from PCRapids and was having problems installing Windows ME on it. After one month of trying to find answers and not getting any from there technical support. I finally did find someone there that knew what they were talking about. We found out it was the RAM I was using that wasn't compatable.
