"Nearly two weeks ago, I ordered a Koolance Exos-Al EXT-A03 from PCToyland. I noticed that, a week later, it had not yet been shipped. I contacted PCToyland support in concern, and, in response, I received a polite, prompt, and friendly email from Todd who explained that he did not know what was wrong, and they were unaware that that problem had occurred. He said he would (a) send out another unit immediately, and (b) contact UPS to see what the problem was.

The unit arrived nearly a week after that (which is today). I ordered with UPS Ground, so I was expecting 10 days. The order took more like 13 or 14 days from the time I ordered to the time it arrived. It took longer than I would have wished, but, as I understand it, the fault comes to rest on the shoulders of UPS, not PCToyland. I am sure that the mistake involved in my order was just a fluke, and has only happened a few times total. In spite of the longer-than-expected wait, I am very satisfied, because the unit arrived in perfect condition and at an excellent price, and the support was exemplary. I will definitely shop at PCToyland again.

The store sold out of the item while my order was being processed, so they shipped me a newer, faster, just released SOHW-1633S dual-layer drive for the same price. However, their website noted that UPS Ground Shipments would generate an email with the tracking number. I never received any emails other than the original order confirmation. The company never responded to my emails requesting the status of my order.
