"Ordered two 400w power supplies to replace old 250w supplies. Very poor quality. One didn't have enough power to power PC that used to have a 250w supply. Other 400w did power old PC, but voltage outputs with the 400w were less than the old generic 250w put out. Unacceptable low 5v line. these behave more like 150w supplies. Defective unit was promptly replaced, at my return shipping cost, so these cheap supplies saved me nothing."

"i purchased 3 motherboards from this company 2 k7vzm that work fine but the pcChips 810lmr when removed from the box was a used board,it had artic silver all over it and you could tell it had been screwed down to the case,also some damage where the heat sink clips onto the board.so i called and the guy that barely spoke any english told me they come directly from the manufacturer.then i asked him you don't have any in stock then he said ya a couple hundred.i told him i would try it anyway so after about 2 months i set it up and everything loaded alright but it keeps crashing while on the internet and playing games.i build these all the time and know what i am doing.this board was sent back for a reason and i found out why now i am stuck with a $64 frisbee.the thing is he denied they sent me a used board and kept repeating himself."

"I ordered a pair of their Trans-Grey Screwless ATX cases with 400W PS. Shipping charges were very reasonable, and the cases were shipped in a prompt order. I received the 2 cases about 4 days from ordering them. Also, during the order process, I made a mistake with the shipping address. I called them, and they changed it for me without any hassles, and the changes were updated on their order tracking section within minutes. I'd definitely order from this company again in the future."

" I learned after the auction the seller was PC Alliance. The ran me in circles over a board they shipped bare in just the mobo box - no packing and it never worked.

Later they claimed it worked for them but then it took two weeks of phone calls to get it returned to me. It won't even post no matter what I try.

Everyone knows to ship mothgerboards in protective packaging.
