"Avoid this seller at all costs! Not only is the charge for something you can purchase elsewhere easily a bit high, they are extremely unresponsive. I had immediate issues with the giftcards I purchased. There was no option to directly deliver these directly to the people I was trying to send the giftcard to. I had to log back in and get the activation codes to send on to the recipients...but the system would not allow me to log back in. The reset system would not work properly-it kept reject my name even though I had a confirmation. I emailed customer service several times a day for nearly a week to try to get it resolved. Not only were they slow to respond, they were incredibly rude about it. Their attitude was that it was my problem that the reset wouldn't work, even though they repeatedly sent me links to reset (after I got through the name problem they couldn't figure out) that would then be expired. When I sent the 4th email asking for help on this particularly issue (most of their initial replies were empty and I had to email again), I was told that no one else has the problem, so I should just keep trying.

By the time I got the access codes, I was well over a week late for the gift I was trying to give. It was certainly not worth $10 extra.
