"I've used PC Superstore twice now, and both times I've been satisfied with the results. Their online catalog and checkout/payment process were easy to use. They notified me via email when my orders wer placed, and then again when my orders shipped. My orders arrived on schedule and were properly packaged. Their pricing was as low or lower than comparable online sites such as NewEgg or Tiger Direct."

"I use PC SuperStore all the time for purchase of paper and ink for my Epson R1900 printer. Pricing is the best I've found. The shipping point in in southern california and so I get my order in a day or 2. it's great if I need paper or ink quickly.

Shipping cost is OK, but I've bought larger quantities and bigger size paper and the shipping is better if I order more.

"Excellent service, with prompt E-mail communications, fast delivery, and order tracking. Fast response from customer service through E-mail. "On Thursday, 12/11/08, I ordered an LG L2000CP-BF monitor for $424.95. Before placing the order they showed two in stock and right after I placed the order they showed one in stock, so it seemed that they were very good at inventory control. By Thursday night they showed that they were "Out of Stock" and I was was thrilled that I had locked in my order before they ran out.

However, late Friday, 12/12/08 I received an email telling me, "The part you are attempting to purchase is out of stock. The item can be placed on ‘backorder’ for you. Just let me know how you would like to handle your order. The estimated date from the manufacturer is December 17th."

By then the monitor was showing a price of $440.99 on their site so now I'm waiting to see if they are going to honor the price I purchased it at.

I wrote back saying, "I don't understand this. Just before I purchased it you were showing two in stock and right after I purchased it you were showing one in stock, meaning that the first of those two were mine. So, how could it be out of stock if one of those units was mine?"

I am now waiting to hear from them and will update this posting when and if I do.

Update:

I received an email apologizing for the fact that they ran out of stock and letting me know they would definitely honor the price I ordered it at.. On December 17th they were restocked and my order was subsequently processed. Their website did not update information on giving me a tracking number but when I called they were very friendly and gave it to me over the phone.

I received the monitor on 12/23/08, one day earlier than FedEx had originally said, and I am very pleased with it.

All in all, except for the fact that they ran out of stock the first time, I would say that it was a pleasure dealing with them and they came through just as they had promised.

"The scanner I purchased had an excellent price, and shipping was done quickly. However, it was shipped in the "shelf box" with no additional packaging. The box flap was torn when it arrived, as if someone had opened the box. When I installed the scanner, I found that the shipping "lock down" button on the bottom was in the open position, which could have easily caused damage to the scanner. In any event, the unit works, and I am satisfied with it so far."

"Order was easy to place, shipping was fairly reasonable, and all items (11) arrived in two shipments within three days of the shipment date.
I have dealt with this company an multiple occassions, and always been satisfied. On the one occasion an item was not included in the shipment, though it was on the invoice, my word was accepted and my account refunded...no gnashing of teeth nor hairpulling required. That one incident showed me these are hororable people to deal with.
