"bought a sandblasted grapevine from this company, never received. was told that it was delivered. I told them I never receieved anything. was told its no longer their problem and to file a police report. do not buy from this company they are shady as hell. furthermore, if you don't receive your product (paypal or not) you're out the money and product as paypal will stand behind them as they did me. save yourself the headache and use a company that cares about its consumers and have insurance for these kinds of things. I made a mistake and bought from this company instead of amazon (they were out of stock at the time) so thought I could save time and now am out the product and 33 bucks. just glad it wasn't anything expensive. don't make the same mistake I did :("
"Very poor communication. Very poor customer service. This company does not care about its customers at all. I was happy to see that they are local to me and assumed shipping would be a fast thing. 9 days have passed with no word of shipment, tracking, nothing. I contacted them via email and was told my order will ship today.
No explanation as to why my order sat paid for and unshipped for 9 days.
I will not spend one more red cent at this b.s place and highly recommend that no one patronizes them in the future. I have made thousands of purchases through online sites and this company is by far the worst ever."
"I placed an order with this site about 2 weeks ago, because the prices looked good and they had the items I wanted. A week went by without any word from them. No shipping confirmation, no communication that there would be a delay.
I emailed them, but still no response. So I opened a PayPal dispute, knowing that would get a response. Only then did they explain that the items I ordered weren't actually in stock, and they had had to order them separately, causing a delay. They insisted that I had to close the dispute before they could proceed with my order. Any experienced user of PayPal knows this is not true, so I said as much and asked them to continue with the order.
Instead of fill my order -- with the payment they'd already collected from me -- they refunded the payment and closed the dispute, thus cancelling the order. Completely baffling.
If you don't have the items in stock, don't list them as in stock. And if there's a delay, let the customer know! It doesn't take long to send an email or mark something as delayed. That's pretty basic customer service.
Do not buy from these people. Their web site -- which is pretty slow to boot -- claims they've been online since 1999, but they clearly haven't learned anything about customer service in those years."
"Although their prices are cheap, especially for Wodent Wheels (Purchased 2 - came out to be nearly $30). The customer service was poor and my questions were not directly answered each time. The service is taking far too long. It's been almost a month and still no order - apparently there is a delay, even though they said the items will be shipping tomorrow morning...
When their website states "The majority of orders are shipped within 2-3 business days- Monday through Friday, after receipt... we are confident that nearly all items can be shipped within 14 days from the time that your order is placed. If we believe that an order will be delayed for a longer period of time, we will contact you." I was not contacted. I had to contact them to tell me that the order will be delayed after the second email.
I really needed these wheels for my hamsters, as the Kaytee Silent Spinners (Purchased 4 - all worthless). I purchased did not spin like they did when they had the ball barrings.
I am in serious consideration of just canceling this order, receiving a refund or disputing the purchase, and finding a more reliable place to purchase the Wodent Wheels. This experience was an absolute failure.

"If there has ever been a company that I can recommend to everyone without hesitance, it's PETdiscounters.com.
I have ordered from them several times and have never had any complaints what so ever. They have great products to choose from, they are always adding new items to their stock, I have placed large orders and have never had an items not be in stock. Very good prices, good shipping prices and excellent customer service. I can purchase from them and actually not feel like I’ve just been ripped off.
I even order from them using money order payments which tend to cause problems and delays with a lot of companies. That has never been the case with this company and I will continue to shop from this store when ever my pets need new items.
I also want to mention Steve, I have dealt with him regarding a special order. He very quickly (same day!) set up a special order for me, for a product that is not normally carried in their stock. I was so grateful for this, it saved me from having to place an order from a different store and have to pay a high shipping cost just to buy this one item.
