"Nice products, good prices, good coupons. Shipping from CA was kind of slow... took FedEx almost a week to deliver.
The items arrived safely though and I was very impressed with how nicely they packed everything. Lost of bubble wrap, peanuts, etc...
Over all I am happy with my purchase and I will definitely consider petmountain.com again for future purchases."

"Great prices, fast shipping, great communication!
I placed my order and they kept me informed the whole way. The item arrived quickly and packaged very well. I already plan to order more from Ozbo in the very near future.
My only complaint is the lack of PayPal as a payment option. I prefer to use PayPal when ever it's available."

"I have made a couple of purchases from this company and I am very pleased with the products and services I’ve received. They have very fast processing and shipping times and the products are top quality and very fairly priced.
On my last order there was a mix up and I received the wrong items in the mail. I contacted them and it was immediately addressed and they quickly sent me out the correct items. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received and due to this I will be buying from them again in the future and I can highly recommend them. It’s always nice to know you can buy something with confidence that should anything go wrong, the company is fit and willing to correct it with swift action."

"If there has ever been a company that I can recommend to everyone without hesitance, it's PETdiscounters.com.
I have ordered from them several times and have never had any complaints what so ever. They have great products to choose from, they are always adding new items to their stock, I have placed large orders and have never had an items not be in stock. Very good prices, good shipping prices and excellent customer service. I can purchase from them and actually not feel like I’ve just been ripped off.
I even order from them using money order payments which tend to cause problems and delays with a lot of companies. That has never been the case with this company and I will continue to shop from this store when ever my pets need new items.
I also want to mention Steve, I have dealt with him regarding a special order. He very quickly (same day!) set up a special order for me, for a product that is not normally carried in their stock. I was so grateful for this, it saved me from having to place an order from a different store and have to pay a high shipping cost just to buy this one item.
PETdiscounters.com is a first class company all the way and I hope they never change! I give them two thumbs up and I highly recommend them for all your pet supplies."

"I had a custom name necklace made by them. It turned out really beautiful, very good quality and they made it very fast. I was also surprised at how quickly I received my order, after all it was being sent from Israel to the USA. They said it would take about 15 days, it ended up only taking a week I believe.
I was very pleased and I can definitely recommend them."

"I have ordered from Collections Etc on many occasions over the last year. I am always pleased with what I ordered and their prices are really good.
Their shipping has been good, fast and nothing has ever been broken on arrival (and I've even ordered glass and ceramic items.)
Over-all I think they are a good and affordable company to get nice items for the home."

"I am a big fan of this store. I have purchased a lot of charms from them and I haven't had any complaints.
They were good quality, they shipped fast, they were packaged really well. They are also really good about letting you know when something is out of stock. They also re-fill the items out of stock very fast, so you don't have to wait months to get what you wanted to order. I also liked that they didn't hold up my whole order just because one of the items was out of stock and I didn't have to pay any extra to receive two shipments instead of just one.
I highly recommend this store to anyone who makes jewelry or crafts or to anyone with a charm bracelet."

"I am very unhappy with my whole experience with Empire Pets. They "processed" my order for a week before shipping it. They also gave me a refund check for a $2 plant because it wasn't available for shipping. Cashing a check for $2 is a joke. I think they should have at least consulted with me before just sending it. I had no options. A good store would have informed me about the plant and asked if I wanted a refund or store credit or even let me choose something else in place. Over all it took much longer than most on-line stores to finally receive my order just today.
I will never buy from them again."

"I am shocked to see such bad reviews of buy.com.
I guess, I too must be getting lucky with my orders. I have ordered several times from them in just the last couple of months and I have had zero complaints.
They have been extremely fast about processing and shipping. They have really good prices and deals on a wide variety of items.
I've ordered DVD's and different electronic devices and they have all work well and arrived fast.
I'm a pretty big fan of Buy.com, mostly because I can order with a money order. It's nice to not be treated like I have leprosy just because I don't have a credit card."
