It looks like someone returned it and you gave it to me! I did not return it because I already paid $9.99 shipping and was not paying another penny plus a restocking fee. Very, very dissatisfied...will not order from the company in the future."

Left a very detailed message, with order number, my phone & email and the exact problem that I was looking to get my part ASAP. No one called back. 3 more calls over 2 more days, finally got a message from a customer service rep proudly stating they "had in fact finally called back as promised", and I would need to call them back. 2 more calls, finally connect with a real person. She promises part will be shipped by end of that day, and will send a tracking email. No email. Called twice since, no call back. Been almost a week since promise to reship, still no part, no call back and no tracking email. Good parts, good price. Horrible, disorganized people to deal with. Will NEVER order from them again."
