"I spoke with Ryan in parts to get a new refrigerator. PPL had the best price, even with the freight charges. He told me it would be 7-10 days before delivery, but fortunately it turned out that a warehouse in PA had it and I got the fridge in only 2 business days! Whoo hoo! After my technician installed the fridge, it didn't appear to be cooling. A weekend went by and it still wasn't cool, so I called Ryan to ask him what to do. He gave me good info on warranty repair/replacement and left me with the statement, "Don't worry, we'll take care of you." Luckily, when I went to check the fridge, it was cooling up a storm! Apparently it had been stored and/or shipped on its side which caused the coolant to drain away its normal position. After 72 hours of being on, everything drained back down and all is good. Ryan was very competent, helpful and considerate. Kudos to PPL and Ryan Holler."
