"Almost $5,000 for 2 new 850 v engines. shipper must have damaged and repackaged to conceal damages (according to psep). Between the 2 engines over $750 in damages. Troy states it will take 9 months to process a claim and will most likely not pay anything in the end. Their only offer is to sell me the replacement parts at cost $750. He stated they made less than $300 on the deal and therefore would not spend anything to correct the situation. I understand shipper supposedly damaged them but, this is the shipper they selected and hired not me. Either way I am left holding the bag. Unless you enjoy being cheated by paying for new engines and receiving damaged ones. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PSEP Pats Small Engine."
