"All of the items I ordered on July 9th showed that they were in stock ready for delivery.Two weeks after placing the order I called PSEP and a representative told me they were on back-order and would be delivered in 2-3 days.That was 10 days ago and they still have not been delivered as of August 1st.Tracking shows that they are supposed to be delivered this evening but I'm not convinced they will arrive today.Why didn't PSEP contact me earlier than 7-25 informing me of the delay?
