"DON'T buy from these guys. I ordered a $550 BBQ to ship in 2-3 days. Still waiting, claims lost or stolden. I demanded a full refund several day ago, they claimed to have ship another anyway. Still no tracking info. I don't trust these guys. This co has yet to do one thing the said they would. Now my family 4th of July is ruined because I have no BBQ. They promised 2-3 days to ship and 2-3 days for delivery. It gets better. I got the BBQ at 6:30 theignt of the 3rd, missing a package. "

For a company that makes such a big deal about shady companies who bait and switch their customers, be aware that they are no different! As I was not made aware this additional charge until after the fact, I will be disputing it with my credit card company and contacting the BBB unless they agree to reverse this charge. I will update my review if this happens.
Up-front honesty about the shipping charges would have been acceptable. Charging another $45 after the fact is scandalous.

Avoid this company. the customer service stops once thay receive your credit card number. The item I received did not operate and it appears i will have to take them to small claims court for resolution. Avoid this company."

successfully. Prior to purchase, I was a little concerned about the recent comments on shipping damage. They told me that most of these are from customers choosing the

"I ordered the Weber Summit S-450 Grill from them. I didn't get any email or indication that they had recieved my order. I contacted a rep over their LiveChat messenger. He found my order and confessed that they didn't have any in stock and that I should wait until Friday. I used the LiveChat again on Friday and the rep confessed that they still didn't have any to ship. I told him to cancel my order and for the very first time he was quick to respond. I followed his instructions and sent an email cancelling my order. I still have not heard from them via email that they received my cancellation. I use the LiveChat on Monday to confirm that it is cancelled. I did check my CC and was surprised to see that they had not charged my card."
"Do not buy from them! THey may offer a slightly lower price but their customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! We ordered a $1500 Weber Grill, which upon opening the box we discovered was damaged. We tried to contact Pac-2000 but could not reach a live person. We were forced to send our concerns via LIVE CHAT. They asked us to send pictures and then ended the chat. After sending the pictures they said they would file a complaint with UPS but since we signed we would have to wait until the complaint was resolved before getting a new grill. They said it would take about 45 days for the complaint to be resolved. I explained that the summer would be half over by then and they basically said tough. They also said if UPS didnt pay there was nothing they could do. Other rude comments included "not every customer is a good customer", "how do I know you didnt damage the grill yourself?" and the list goes on. Finally, they told me there was no store in the country that would take back a damage product if it was signed for. I listed more than one specific experience where they had and he said "There is no way. A company that operated like that would be out of business in three months." I said "Well isnt it stranged that Pottery Barn and Amazon are still in business?" At that point he said "We are digressing. I will contact you when we hear from UPS. Good Bye." and then he hung up. No one deserves this type of service especially when making such a large purchase. And the worst part is that after I got off the phone with them I contacted Weber and within 2 minutes, they had the issue resolved and are sending out a replacement. If pac-2000 would have taken 2 seconds to contact Weber they could have resolved this problem and would have had a satisfied customer. I can't stress enough how awful these people are to deal with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!"
"I'm so disappointed with how Pac-2000 and Tiger Deals of Kirkland WA told me they couldn't get in the tv stand I wanted, told me by phone they were cancelling my order since it wasn't worth it for them to get into stock, and then a month later they ship the stand to me after I cancelled! So I don't accept the package, have the carrier take the package back, and then Pac-2000 and Tiger Deals of Kirkland WA has the nerve to write me an email how I opened the tv stand, damaged it, assembled it, when (1) I never opened the stand (2) I NEVER EVEN ACCEPTED THE PACKAGE!!.
The person that runs Tiger Deals of Kirkland WA is dishonest. I'd assume half the time when the orders are correct everything is fine. But I'd assume that whenever something is wrong, Pac-2000 and Tiger Deals of Kirkland WA basically just throw the blame on the consumer and see how far they can bully the consumer before we start to defend how it is their fault."
"I ordered a JVC 70FH97 and TV stand from them because they seemed to have the best overall price. I received the TV (it's great), but did not receive the stand. After informing salesman "JW" at Pac-2000 about this, he said they'd call the shipper and figure it out. He later called me back to tell me to deal with their shipper myself. I figured, fine let me see what I can find out. I had to make multiple calls to the shipping company's multiple branches is Atlanta, Seattle, and LA to even try to sort out what was going on. Basically the shipping company could find no stand, and I called Pac-2000 back thinking they would help me figure this out. Considering how nice and helpful he was to me when making the sale, I was shocked when JW told me there was nothing he would do, that from his experience, the shipping company would not reimburse him and as a result he would not lose money getting me a replacement. [B]He then had the guts to tell me he thought I was lying and had actually received the stand and was trying to get another one from him!! When I asked him why I would spend over $4000 on a TV just to screw him out of a $200 stand, he said some people are just like that!! So I called pac-2000 and pretended I was very assertive about the LT40FH96 (the 1080p version of that LCD). The rep. told me the supply is tight and my order may not be filled immediately. Then, he asked me if I was willing to listen to a suggestion. I said OK (very suspiciously). he asked me if human eyes can tell the difference of scanning 1080 lines of pixels interlace-fashion(line 1,3 5... and then 2, 4, 6...) and line-by-line (progressively hence 1080P.) in 1/30 second. I said that is faster than a blink of eyes. The rep. laughed and said he rested his case..... The difference between bait and switch and consultation is that the latter is based on the truth. I thank pac-2000.com for saving me almost $300 on a TV, which does not compromise the performance. On a footnote, I work in the advertisement industry. I like to buy from someone who is against the adcertisement. Sorry for my selfishness as I have no intention to change this world. "
"Before placing the order, I called the company asking why some of the reviews are not good. The answer is do not read too much into these on-line reviews, they are problematic... our competition could review us... We can review ourselves..... If you need a true and unbiased source for references, check us out at the Better Business Bureau.... Sounds reasonable. So I did. They checked out. The white glove delivery for my Panasonic massage chair is impressive. They took all items out on the floor so that I can see if they are in good condition or not before I signed my life away. This is in sharp contrast to my last experience where I saw scratch marks on the left arm of the chair and called the seller who told me to deal with the shipping company, who then told me that I singed the delivery clean and I need to contact the seller..... Such a pain in the butt! Will recommend pac-2000.com to my co-workers who are waitng on my feedback before they pull the trigger. ... "

"A proactive comment-- just experienced the same "lack of communication" skills in dealing with Pac-2000.com. They do not response to inquiries. Thankfully this warned me off prior to purchasing anything from them. I found this comment site while wondering if anyone else had had a bad experience with them. I see that Pac-2000.com has this history of "no communication" by these customer comments. Glad that I avoided getting involved with the company, goodness only knows how they would have responded ( or not!)should a problem develop!!"
