"I ordered 25 arc fault circuit breakers on Thursday night that I absolutely had to have on jobsite by Monday. That was my first mistake. Unwillingly, I did not check off next day air even though I qualified for free next day air. It showed it was being shipped by ground all the way from california. I called customer service and spoke to Steve on the west coast at 10 am east coast time, while having a meltdown. Somehow, he managed to change it to red eye, despite the fact that it showed it already shipped. My next mistake was to not doubleheck the shipping address which was different from my billing address. I called Steve again when I didnt get my package Monday morning. He tracked it and found out they had attempted delivery to my billing address already. He gave me the tracking number and I was able to rendezvous with the driver to retrieve my breakers. The breakers and the job were delivered on time. Out if this world customer service. Thank you Steve. I truly do love you."
