"PCB carries a tough-to-find breaker I needed, and their price was approximately half what other businesses charge. Bingo! I paid the extra $30+ for expedited, 3-day air shipping and I received it in 2 days.
What I didn't know to ask about, was where it was coming from. Instead of the item shipping out of California to my home in Florida, it actually came from Tampa, about 2 hours away (and almost certainly didn't need to go by air). If I knew that, I would have gone with free ground shipping. However, it's also possible that since I paid for the expensive shipping, maybe they found stock close to my home to ensure it would reach me in time. "Even if" they came up with a way to pocket the shipping fee, I still got what I needed quickly, and for no more than what it would have cost anywhere else.
