"Don't deal with this company. It's a fraud. They have several other websites and you can tell they're the same owners because the backgrounds on the sites are the same. Very little communication. I didn't know the order was coming from China because no where on their websites does it say that. I've reported them to the Green Bay Packers. After 2 weeks of not getting the jersey I ordered, I emailed them several times, no response until about the 4th email. Then they just sent something in broken English saying not to worry because it had been shipped. Finally, after 2 more weeks, I got it and it was the wrong size. Also it came in a baggie. They must be selling these things out of the trunk of their car. I emailed them back to tell them it was the wrong size and I wanted them to send a call tag to pick it up since they sent the wrong size. I got an email back 3 days later asking me if I could keep it and they would give me a discount. I answered back and tole told them it wouldn't fit anyone so no I didn't want to keep it. I haven't heard from them since. I marked it "return to sender" and sent another email and several more since then. No response. There is a phone number if you look closely but there is never any answer on it. Clearly this company is a fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!"
"Was a little nervous when I saw my PayPal payment went to China but was glad I used Paypal. I received two e-mails which were confusing but the jest of it was that they were trying hard to establish this business. My package arrived on Christmas Eve, just as I ordered and it was free shipping! Was happy with the whole transaction and know they put the extra effort into getting it to me on time."
"I ordered a jersey from packersjerseystore.com June 23. I gave them my credit card number and as far as I could tell the order went through. I didn't get any confirmation for the order or payment. Two days later I emailed them just to confirm they had received payment. No reply. Two days after that I emailed again to say I was getting nervous about not hearing from them and asking them to acknowledge the order and the payment. No reply. Two more days later I told them I needed to hear something from them or I was going to have to assume they were scamming me. On the 29th I got an email with a tracking number and some broken English, but no acknowledgment of my three emails at all. I haven't received my purchase yet but it appears to be in the hands of Canada Post now so it should be fine. My main complaint is that for a week they completely ignored my order, my payment and three emails(all 3 sent from their "contact us" box on the web site. I won't do business with this company again because they won't communicate. Terrible customer service.
Feb 7 - My jersey arrived today in good condition. It is exactly as ordered and I am happy with it. I still have not received any acknowledgment of my three emails. This business has just simply refused to communicate with me."
