"I’ve personally never had an issue with shipping itself. Prior to COVID, everything always arrived on time. This isn’t amazon, so expecting orders the next day is a little absurd. On top of having to deal with everything that’s going on now too, it’s understandable if things are a little late. It be smarter just to order ahead, and no when you’ve already ran out of supplies. Besides that, I love supporting this business. I’ve been loyal for three years and always choose this over any other similar supplier. I had an issue once, where the ink I purchased spilled a bit, due to it being flown over, which is understandable. I was able to get ahold of someone and they fixed the issue right away and sent me another. I’ve also always been able to get them on the phone easy during their business hours. Will definitely continue to shop here & recommend them to friends !"
