"Martha is always great. There was a sign that said 50% off self serve beauty. The item I had did not ring up as 50% off. Another lady came to assist - Cheryl? - heavyset White woman with blonde hair. She said the 50% sign only applied to Christmas beauty items. She was Very curt and impatient. Not suited for retail at all. Anyway, I double checked the sign on my way out and it didn’t mention Christmas at all. So, not only was she unpleasant but she didn’t know her stuff and I missed out on a good buy due to her ignorance."

I am always warmly welcomed and get good coupons and rewards but today I am so disappointed. the cashier said to me tha ti do not have a reward on my record according to my phone no. they asked me for a receipt for the reward . i told them that my reward is always showed up in the system but she said,' no, you do not have reward '. then I went back and bring the receipt of a $20 dollar reward receipt and show to her . her attitude was so rude. I am very upset today. its never happened before. I like to shoe Palais royal. and I am a regular customer . but today I am very upset about her attitude . and she did not give me a future reward receipt. she said that the system is down and the reward receipt is not printing."

"My experience was satisfactory. I've been to other of the stores, and was more satisfied. No one was unfriendly, but no one went out of their way to assist me with my selection. I wanted to use my birthday reward towards the purchase of some merchandise for my family for Christmas, however, I ended up just grabbing anything to use the gift certificate, because no one was of any real assistance. I will probably go back again to try, as maybe this was a busy time, and everyone was tired. Hopefully I will win this gift card to make sure that I have a pleasant experience in the future. LOL!1"

"This was my first time back in this PR store in months and it was on Black Friday. The check out line was long, but checkers were good. Store was messy as expected for the closing. I am very sorry to see PR leaving, but this store and others haven't carried the good quality clothing as it did many years ago. Might as well let the PR name die, as the quality, sales associates, and management are far from that of the original store (s). I have shopped the Gordmans in Rosenburg, and it is OK. I purchased home goods and gifts, but not clothing. I will probably do the same, with this change over.I am an ex-employee of 18 years, with retirement still to take. I hope this change helps Stage turn the business around to be more profitable for all of us.I remember when PR used to carry gifts, and we had a great buyer. Then they cut the gift dept., to devote more floor space to clothing. Then as is now, pricing is important, but originality and quality will still be expected in the Meyerland area. The Hobby Lobby across 610 does a big business, some of your new competition."
