"I was not please with the customer service in the Meyerland store, because no ne knew of the trend - up donation, because the sign is on the donation, this included the store in Pearland,TX. Palais Royal has poor customer service I just recently started shopping at Palais Royal within the past two months. I made an purchase of the Facial Sponge by ECOTTOOLS on sale I walked towards the front counter, it had 8 people in line, then 3 people at the register. I could not figure out why it was taking so long. I asked the staff behind the counter if I could out at the On line/Pick up counter I was told No, my time is very pleasant and others. Its was not a back up plans for long lines, then somene decide to open another line. I never have been a fan of Palais Royal. The manager stated the Stages Stores does not want them to ring up customers. Poor decision."

"I purchased three items that had a discounted price for the bundle. Unfortunately, they were each rung up at the individual price. I didn't realize the error until I was on my way back home. I immediately returned to the store for the price adjustment, and although the associate who checked me out originally didn't wait on me the second time, heard my explanation for the exchange and immediately apologized for the oversight."

"The one issue/concern I had was that the associate who assisted me at checkout did not seem to understand how to appy the coupons I had both on my phone, and a $10 gift card. She kept insisting that I could not use them 'for items that end in .98'. Then she told me that I could n't 'bundle' my coupons (!) . First, none of my items had pricing that ended in .98, Secondly, the $10 gift card was a special one sent to me as part of me being a Style Circle Reward Member. I persisted, and guess what? She was able to apply the $10 reward! Not being negative, but perhaps, Carolyn could use some additional training on your coupon/rewards programs. She also was a bit pushy about asking me if I wanted to sign up for your Credit card..... No. Overall, I do like shopping at Palais Royal, but today's experience was a bit frustrating."
