Barbara answer the phone and she went and checked several times for me and informed me that y'all did not have any. I then asked her to check and see if they were any toys related to nurses or doctors excetera. She checks for me once again in return to tell me that she did find a doctor kit with a stethoscope Etc. I asked her to hold it at the front counter I was on my way to pick it up. And she did just so. When I arrived that was the only item there that would fit what I needed. Thanks to Barbara she made my shopping trip much easier and convenient. I appreciate her patients and holding the item for me until I arrived. She was also a very pleasant when she checked me out informing me of my $5 coupon. This was a last-minute trip because I forgot tomorrow was career day for my daughter. And thanks to Barbara she made my night a good night."

"I made a purchase the day before for a funeral but the sweater was a 1x versus an XL was what I thought I had. Didn’t notice until was in the car leaving. I put sweater on, it’s to big.i take it off. Next day I came to Palais Royal (4401 W Fuqua St Houston, Tx 77045) Assists Management (Michelle) once I was acknowledged by Ms. Michelle her demeanor and attitude was poor, she was rude and argumentative saying the sweater smell like perfume and calling me a liar. I was in complete shock and embarrassed. I’ve never been questioned the way she questioned me and I’m extremely disappointed that management would speak and conduct herself they way she did towards a consumer."
