"A register person should never to tell a customer to calm down that was trying to complete their payment transaction and the credit card machine was not properly connected to the actual register causing frustration, being told use another card- no the card works, only allowed to use a debit card not actual credit card option on the cc machine. Negative review today, this is Unlike your store. Was not treated kindly when I walked up to the register either. Lady got mad because I just talk clearly and loud. My throat and hearing does not allow me to talk low toned as she was demanding me to do. Bad bad customer service. She should not have judged me nor looked at others creating a hostile environment with other customers waiting in line, who actually pushed ththeththeiththeththeir way to the register not waiting for my transaction completion. Retrain your employees."

BUT on today when i walked into the store no one greeted me, I passed by a particular store associate a few times and made eye contact and he never spoke.I walked around the store for an hour and was never asked if I needed any assistance. The associate who assisted in my purchase was the associate Julia and she did an excellent job. She was very friendly and she even helped me with some deals. She honestly saved my experience on today. Because if she hadn't I would have most likely not returned to this particular location. Thank you Julia. You know how to treat a patron!"

"Not enough staff for a Saturday but they are very helpful and nice, selection is great with the exception of plus sizes. Also, clearance racks are not organized. Found size 6 in area of 18"
