ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE ALL FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING, HOWEVER, THERE ARE NEVER ENOUGH TO GO AROUND. THE CHECKOUT LINES ARE ALWAYS MOSTLY LONG AND THERE ARE NEVER ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO TRULY SPEND TIME WITH THE CUSTOMER. IN MY OPINION, THEY ARE OVERWORKED AND YOU SHOULD HAVE MORE EMPLOYEES IN YOUR STORES DURING THE HEIGHT OF SHOPPING DAYS AND TIMES."

"The Palais Royal store that I shop at is very well organized, very clean and well taken care of. I will not shop at a store that is messy and looks dirty. I will walk out immediately and never return. I can not say that about the Katy store.The staff is very helpful and very polite. I have never had a bad experience while shopping. Even if I did not find the exact item that I was looking for, the staff were always willing to help me with either ordering it for me or letting me know what other store had the item in stock."
