"Hard to answer the store associate questions because I could tell they were not created equal. Gina at the register was working circles around other associates, her customer service skills were outstanding, she could instantly answer all my questions when others could not, she knew all the customers by name and she was extremly helpful to me!! One store associate was called overhead and I was stunned when she said out loud thats not going to happen. It appeared she was hiding in the back straightening the clearence rack but this is me just observing. The manager was also working very hard."

"I found a couple of tops I liked but not a summer jacket that I was looking for. It was fairly aggravating to have to wait in line 25 minutes to make my purchase. Only 2 cashiers were ringing up all the sales which was ridiculous because there were a number of patrons in the store. People were fumbling with and using multiple coupons which really slowed down the process. People are not likely to return if they believe there will be such a long wait to pay for purchases. Cashier was friendly even with the long line she had to deal with."
