"After waiting five minutes for the customer to decided if she wanted to purchase a product and the clerk trying to get her to get credit; I went to use my coupons and told her I wanted to split my purchase so i could use my coupons. I was told I couldn't use my 50% off coupon with the item i intended to use it because it ended in a .98 - she could have informed me that i could have used it with my other purchase. Then told me I couldn't return it becuase i would lose my $10 off coupon if i did. I only had three items - she could have been proactive and said which one I could have used the coupons with. I lost out on $15! I was not happy."

"Your company is too picky, & restrictive when it comes to using coupons with marked down items, clearances, & your stores are proud of your clothing departments, way too high priced. Have been to other store in Pearland, Tx., there are some rude employees there, 1 elderly white lady working there must be close to 90, she is so nice, & sharp, amazing to see someone like her. Don't recall her name, but so nice!"

"My general shopping experience with Palais Royal has always been very satisfying. I have had an account since the early 1990s or so.This past holiday, I think I purchased 90% of the holiday gifts needed for my family/friends at this store. The prices and the bonus payback reward were absolutely wonderful. This enabled me to ensure that all family members received a nice gift for christmas. I was very thankful for this program which helped my shopping experience. Please don't take away the bonus rewards. I do have one request, and that is if you will have shoe buyers to purchase more comfort plus type shoes and have larger sizes, such as 11s available in women sizes.
