"I am very very upset at the employees. They never want to accept any coupons, and argue all the time saying I work here, not you. It has happened to me before too. They have no courtesy or respect for the customers. They call the managers who are suppose to help but they come and argue more. The cashier Geraldine called Sandra who came and started arguing even more telling me that the $10.00 coupon cannot be combined with the $5.00 stackable coupon. It took me half an hour to tell them that it is stackable with any coupon. But both of them didnt listen. I was therefore unable to buy an outfit for my grandchild. I then bought a shirt for my husband just so to use those coupons. I strongly recommend that you replace your managers who dont know how to take care of customers. We go there to shop which is good for the store. But we are treated like nobody. They argue with us and keep calling more sales people to come and support them. Never been to a store like this one. Please stop sending me coupons as I have to go and shop just to use these coupons. Or else I would never go to a store where the sales agents, cashiers and managers insult the customers. I have had bad experiences at check outs many times as the cashiers are not told how to handle transactions with coupons."
