"Store had clothing packed tightly. Not able to quickly find petit plus sizes. Had to find an associate who said they carry petit or plus sizes in separate areas. My friend who needed to exchange a pair of pants is disabled and had to wait more than 30 minutes in customer service line. She got tired and had to sit down in dressing area chair. I am disabled too and had to wait that long before I could look at earrings in customer service counter case. It was a pretty bad visit to this store. We expected better from Palais Royal in Pearland, Texas."

"On 3/20/2018, I spent over $100 in fragrances but Faye, the store supervisor told me rudely that I could not receive a free gift as advertised since some of the fragrances I purchased already came with free gift. Her behavior and attitude was not customer friendly- she was rude, uncaring and demeaning. According to my purchases and the store advertisement, I was entitle to the free gift."
