"i have been a Palais Royal card member for over 16 years.. I went to return 2 tassels charges that we received for christmas presents... my friend paid 38 dollars for them ..she did not have the receipt.. I explained the tassels charges did not work the lady at register was trying to accomodate me however this other lady who was working there ..kind of talked down to me and question if I knew what to do with the charger and started to plug it into her computer behind her desk area back behind register. I explained to her i tried that and the red light just kept blinking... I did not appreciate the way I was talked to .... she was very arrogant and then tried to play it down when I told her I did not care for the way she was questioning me... I only received 6.50 for each tassel charger that my friend purchased ..that cost her 38.00... I did not really care for the store and never felt a welcoming feeling when shopping there.. I will not return to any Palais Royal store after such and experience... I am thinking of cutting up this card.. hopefully someone will read this and show they care about there customers..."

"The store hours today listed online and at the store stated Open at 7am. Arrived and the store was closed although the store manager was inside the store and visible. She refused to open the door or talk to us whn caled to. She is the reason I am very disappointed!! She need customer service training!!!!"
