"This store is really close to my home and grocery store I use so it is convenient for me as opposed the mall stores.The sales staff is much younger than previous years and at times they are not as comfortable dealing with older shoppers I feel. Some need more OJT to be comfortable with handling the older shopper. More training could be an asset for them. Just help them learn to better care for the customer."
