As other customers have mentioned, this company uses digitally altered photos to show merchandise on their site, and the item received looks nothing like the item you thought you were getting

"Ordered a ring 3/7/22 ...it was supposed to be deliver 3/17/22 it never came, tracked the item via UPS...who then said to check with USPS....USPS said to check with the seller because the ring was never with them...I emailed Palm beach 3 times and never got a reply :("

The product is just average however if you have a problem with anyting how were you able to rectify because nobody answers the phone I've canceled the remainder order of my order and I can't even change my billing information!
