"Originally I went directly to the dealer to order all weather cargo liner. I gave them my vehicle details and was told the car is too new and it doesn’t exist. (I did look at the Toyota site first to confirm availability).

They were shown the part number and still refused to make the order as it again doesn’t exist.

I ended up ordering online from their parking lot. It was supposed to be sent directly to my home (it was) but I got an email it arrived at the dealer and to call for pickup. So I did and was immediately put on hold for 30mins before hanging up.

The liner did arrive to my home the next day but basically the entire interaction with the dealer itself was horrible. "
