"Love/ hate relationship with Pandahall! I've been a long time customer and spend hundreds of dollars a month with Pandahall. Aft first, orders went flawlessly and I couldn't of been happier. Now that i've been a long time customer, have received many products and have extra processing services done (packaging) I despise Pandahall but am staying with them until I find a more trustworthy supplier.

You NEVER receive the stated quantity on their website. If it says 100 rings, you'll receive 90. If it says 100m of chain, you'll receive about 95% of that. 1500 beads- closer to 1000 and so on and so forth. Unless you have custom processing done and can prove it's short- you'll never be reimbursed. I would say approx 70% of my items are short in quantity.

If there's a problem- customer service is a nightmare. Pandahall will never admit to a mistake, being wrong or reimburse you for errors. Example- they had beads listed as approx 1400 in qty, I got about half of that. When I inquired about the missing beads, they said it was an error in the listing and made no attempt to reimburse the missing product.. in fact, they downright refused but gladly corrected the listing. With all respect to the Jewish, they're worse than Jews with the nickel and dime'ing. I run a business, customer satisfaction is key to repeat business- they fail in that department.

Another thing about Panda- they're supposed to be a wholesale company, supplying to businesses for retail purposes- Panda competes with their customers! They have a retail store on every online venue : etsy, ebay, etc. Why are you selling wholesale to businesses for retail purposes when you just try to outsell your own customers?!

Like I said, they have tons of product and good prices but dealing with them is a nightmare and trying to outsell your own customers...even worse!"

"I placed and order for some European style beads. The price was decent and the shipping cost was ok. Then, I made the mistake of reading the reviews after I already placed and paid for the order. I was worried, but, felt there was nothing I could do until the order came. It came today and I found it to be precisely what I ordered. The color was correct, the beads in good shape, and the amount of beads was correct. It took about 3 weeks, but, that is normal when ordering from China. Whew! "I have just started ordering from PandaHall and received my first package quickly and as described. Actually, I was a bit taken aback by the quantity of jump rings and other findings I had ordered. As it is purely for personal use I will not use up what I have purchased in three lifetimes. I have two further orders outstanding that I am waiting on but according to the tracking numbers with FedEx, the packages are now in Dublin awaiting cleareance so that is not too bad. I have to say that I had a bit of a heart attack when I started to look at reviews for this company (cleverly only after I had placed and paid for the orders at at total of around 400 BPS including postage) and overall they were pretty dreadful. In fact, with the exception of the very positive and highly suspect reviews, no-one seems to have a good word to say about this company. I should probably wait until I have received all my goods before I write a review but the first package was really fine. There are very few bead shops in Ireland with a couple of online companies. In the past I have had to travel 50 miles to Dublin to buy my supplies at a shop there. Considering that it costs 8.50 euro (about 7 BPS) for a tiny pack of 30 x 5mm silver plated jump rings and that beads and some findings etc are sold individually, even if PandaHall does not turn out to be perfect, I am still better off than I was. At the moment, the only thing I really find reprehensible is the practice of this company of writing their own reviews to counteract negative feedback - of course I can only alledge that this is happening but it does not take a genius to figure out that these reviews are bogus and actually only add to the poor image that the company seems to have generated for themselves in general. Anyway, I shall save my final verdict until after I have recieved and checked my entire order but for now I can not complain. Incidentally I have checked out UK and US based online companies but, even when you factor in the high price of shipping with PandaHall, it is still a lot less expensive to buy from them. Hoping now that quality does not let them down."

I just tried to negotiate a refund for shoddy products and after 3 emails have been offered 20% on that item price. Nothing for the shipping cost of a product which was very obviously defective when it left the factory in. Someone was offered a 100% refund on this forum?? Dont believe that for one moment. "i cant figure out, how buyers are so disappointed from this store. everything i ordered so far, was exactly what i saw on the picture, nothing more or less, the quantity i paid for, and no broken or false things. in one of my orders that i faced issues, with the shipping carrier, pandahall refunded me 100% and fast also. the only thing i had to do was to speak with the person that was handling my orders, point to the problem, and everything was fixed in no time. the only thing i have to say to a future buyer, is that bad things can happen even in places that ratings are positive like 100%. according to my experience as a buyer, i have faced some, there were always fixed, from the stores that were selling the goods. pandahall is one of the stores that proved bad reviews here wrong, at least for me. "Panda Hall doesnt sell quality and is a fraudulent company!
I had to order 20 cabs for a costume order, 1 of them were broken and 4 were missing, when contacting them they told me they could not send me replacements out and were gona refund me for the missing and broken cabs... never got a refund!
But thats not the only thing they do!
They are stealing tutorials from other people and posting them on their website as their own!
They use the pictures of the original tutorial and remove the watermarks!
When I contacted them regarding this they told me they paid the designer... when I contacted a few of them they confirmed my suspicion and no, they did not ask permission or paid to use the images and tutorials!
They have also been using pictures from other peoples makes (not even made with their products) to promote their beads.
All this without the permission or mentioning the designer!
THEY ARE THIEVES AND SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED ANY BUSINESS OF ANYONE!"

This is a scam of a company… You have been warned!!!!

They display products on their site they don’t have in stock and take your money… When they finally refund you after days – weeks of threats they don’t even give you the full amount!

They advertisted rolls of cord 6 metres in length, I bought a pack of 10 and each roll was by FAR less than the 6 metres they advertise… I’m so angry I feel so cheated! The rolls of cord look clearly recycled and looks as though they stuck the label on the roll, the cord wire was roughly cut. They are reducing the material I paid fully for!

I bought the same items from another wholesale company in China and It was perfect, the rolls did not look tampered with at all… I will continue to use the other supplier – beads.us

The beads pandahall.com sent me were also rusty and discoloured- faded … I will NEVER ORDER a single bead from PANDAHALL again… No matter how cheap, I rather spend good money on quality items from another company…
