"They are asking me to ship back faulty items (at my expense) overseas, even though I've clearly photographed these faulty items for them. Poor, poor customer service. Some items are much different them ordered and VERY bad quality. They just want your money, they don't want to hear about any problems you may have with their studd. My advice is DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!"
"i have been a customer for many years and been frustrated many times. By some strange reason I decided to make a really big purchase this spirng (2000 usd). I think this will be my last order so much trouble and the products (28% I had to replace) I choose replacements and where to pay another 300$. After a week they claim they havent got the money and unlike a decent company who has a good customer for 8 years would ship when they know the moneys been transfered. Pandahal, will rather wait forever to dispatch and give the customer lots of trouble and delay. Don't buy from them is my advice...."
"Very dissappointed with Pandahall.... I had placed 3 orders previously before an attempted recent order and had no problems with those...but the most recent attempt was a NIGHTMARE and I will NEVER order from Pandahall (or any of the family of sites) again! First, several of the items I ordered were not in stock....so I was waiting for them to come in stock until I recieved an e-mail saying I had to replace or cancel those items or my order would take another month to ship (I had chosen the cheapest shipping method). So THAT DAY I chose replacement items. When weeks later my order still had not shipped, I e-mailed and asked what was going on and was told my order would ship the first week of june....when the order status still had not changed after the first week of june, I e-mailed again. After that e-mail I was told it HAD shipped.......then was e-mailed again and told it actually had NOT been shipped...I was told it wasn't prepared in time for the shipment by 1 day....even though that shipment wasn't for a week or so after the order was prepped....it was then offered that my order could be shipped fedex with pandahall absorbing the excess charge, so I said ok, as long as it didn't cost me more.....well....still not shipped like a week later so I e-mailed again...and was told AGAIN that my order had shipped....and was given a tracking number....3 days of tracking number coming up "not found" and I e-mailed again...was THEN told that my order had actually gone out with a second shipment of the cheap method and would be delivered in another MONTH! This was over a month after the order had been placed already! When I made a stink about that I was told I could get a 50% discount on my original shipping charge........just 50%....why the heck should I have to pay ANY shipping on something that I should have already recieved that wouldn't be arriving for a whole other MONTH?! When I commented that I should recieve a full refund on shipping I was told 50% was the "maximum discount" they could give me and my other option was to cancel. Considering I didn't even feel confident that I'd get the order at all....I decided to cancel completely. Terrible customer service, terrible organization, terrible experience. GOODBYE PANDAHALL! I will be shopping elsewhere in the future!!"
"I also made the mistake of ordering from this company. I paid for purple amethyst coin beads but recieved a bag full of nearly colorless beads that were labeled on the customs shipping label as glass beads and listed as valued at 16 dollars, when I paid over 45 dollars for them. I have been back and forth for a week now with them and every reply from them seems to try to force me to make another purchase that they will "include replacement beads" with. After days of back and forth they finally admitted they don't even have the color in stock, yet they still have them listed for sale. Now I essentially am being forced to pay for returm shipping, wait for them to get it and MAYBE finally get my refund thru paypal, and it took my opening a paypal case to finally see that I was done playing this game. This just cost me customers that were waiting, much like I was, on purple amethyst coin beads and I got broken, chipped nearly colorless, partially pinkish beads that are useless. I would NOT reccomend this place to ANYONE.
Now I have to take this bag O crap to the post office to see what it's gonna cost ME to ship it to their Canadian location."
"Promises 3-5 days express delivery (which you pay extra for) and product gets delivered in 10 days. When i contacted them to advise i have had no corresspondance regarding my purchase and have not recieved anything at the 8 day period, all email feedback was rude & dishonest. They advised me that they didnt have a record of my purchase. Told me it takes 20-25 days to process an order (it does not state this anywhere in their catalog or website). Advised they cannot access paypal payment details to confirm payment. Would never ever purchase with PandaHall again. Do not recommend to anyone who wants hassel free transactions."
