"I have ordered an Star S6 from the Pandawill, but after few month the top of the screen being unresponsive sometimes. Some month later the touch panel gone crazy, so I would like to send it back to repair it. When I ask it, they told me that the phone is not produced anymore, try repair at the local store and they will cover the repair costs, but firstly ask offer from the service. When I get the offer, they refuse it and offered me a 15$ coupon, because "you have used it for such a long time". They offered me 15$ compensate (coupon, so I have to buy from their site) for 120$ phone! What the hell? Pandawill is a petty liar!! There is no one year warranty for their phones!
DO NOT BUY FROM PANDAWILL!!! "
"the phone Jiayu F2 that i ordered, it came as it was expected, in 25days, but without play store (=google play) pre- installed as it was described on its characteristics. Battery's life not lasting long for a 3000mA and i had to take the phone to two professional technicians to fix it, as it was advised from the Pandawill support, but they were unable to fix it. the phone is not detected from any pc (detected for few seconds and then disconnects, only to connect after few seconds and so on) help desk on the other hand was very polite and fast replying and this is the reason why i am leaving 2stars"
