"Bought a phone (160 euro's) in december with customs insurance. Of course they underpriced it so customs gave me a fine which Pandawill didn't pay back (60 euro's). Then after checking the phone it didn't charge. I asked for warranty but they wanted me to repair it locally. There is no local (even european) repair centre for that phone so after some mailing I could send it back for warranty (40 euro's on top). Refund or replacement? No of course not. It was brand new (just open) and never used... After sending it to them, they have my phone for about 3!! months, last update yesterday was an email in which they say that the phone returned from repair centre but they had to send ik back to the repair centre because it wasn't repaired. If they wait another month I have paid for a phone that i didn't get in 6 months!!! I'm sure I won't get it back, no company deals like that with customers without ripping them off. This is the WORST company ever. Don't buy from them!! And yes, contact me for their 'support' mails I will send them to you with alllll the pleasure... "
