Firstly I've got information from pandawill, that they sent my order without tracking number: Nov 6, 2014 6:49:27 AM
Good day! We have posted your order by (Order ID:100857801) normal air mail from china post on 2014-11-06 20:36:39, which is no tracking number.It will takes around 29 working days +/- .

Later I contacted customer service and got a tracking number RP401797511SG. My order was placed on 28th of October, and from tracking number you can check that item was shipped on 27th of November (1 month after ordering). Contacted customer service and purpused solusion was saying "sorry". So I am not happy.

Just one thing: write in descriptions for the smartphones do they work with domestic operator and APNs. In this way will be clear for the customer what type or model to buy!
For example! The phone is for T Mobile(only) you must to change APN to MobilTel. (to root the system.)"
