"Ordered 31st March 3 earrings. Today I recieved my 2nd earring, and the 3rd earring just got shipped today. I guess I'll have to wait 3 months to get my 3rd one. Instead of shipping all 3 items in 1 parcel, they decided to ship it 1 by 1 when they aren't even big items.. It's just earrings

I also went to the live chat and asking for compensation, at first she was offering 5 dollars coupon, and I asked if it was fine if I get 2 free items instead (total 7.18 dollars) and she said it was too much. 2 dollars extra was too much for her and then she just closed the chat on me.

It took them 1 month to reply to me and said the item were out of stock, and another month to get the item shipped (they asked me for another colour so I said it was fine).

She was saying it took 2-3 months because the items were free shipping. I told her that my cellphone that I ordered was also free shipping and it took me only 2 weeks.

Later I told her about the cellphone is more expensive and you only get 1 battery while on another site it's cheaper and you get 2x batteries. so I asked the battery for compensation instead (seeing on their site the battery ain't that much) she offered me 2% coupon.. as if I would ever order from them again *facepalm*"
