"Hello to all, i just want to inform you that Pandawill is really bad reseller. I have terrible experience with them. I send my broken phone on RMA before 20 days. They get my package but they told me that they dont get my package and they procrastinate this for week already. Every day they tell me that they dont get my pacage(this is lie) but they are get my package before 7 days!!!! Someone on live chat confirmed to me that they are received my item but all customer support lie to me all the time. I think that they are calculated about to trick someone who hasnt much experience in online shopping. This is tracking number and proof what kind of service they have! RB809291951HR
If you care about warranty just skip this page. I cant belive that someone could be like them. I hope that I helped someone. I will share this on most visited cell phone and store rating sites.



UPDATE:
they today told me that they found my device. And they want to give me some other repaired phone which is many worst against my phone and who knows in which condition is that phone. My phone was in excellent condition,as new. Terrible and incompetent support !! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

I'm here to share what happened to me as customer of this store.
Firstly, I bought my phone w450( yes,piece of trash i know) in january this year. I bought this phone for emergency and i use it maybe 3-4 times. After some time problems with touch screen and display happened. And i must send it to China for repair. After 2 months phone is repaired and I ask them that they send to me only phone because od customs here. And they do different and send it in huge box(only phone) and I have to pay AGAIN customs duties. But ok, I forgive it to Pandawill. After some time,phone wont boot or start up,whatever. I have contacted Pandawill customer support again for solution. And they told me that I must again send phone to China for repair. Because I'm sick of this phone already I ask for different one because this is obviusly piece of trash which cost me already 200$. They dont care and offer me some repaired phone. Customer support of this store is terrible. It is only important to them to sell items, later they dont care about anything. They have on site that all their products have warranty 1 year but...I warn all of you not buy phones from them if you want guarantee.
Phone costs me already:
Phone 98$
Customs duties 30$
Shipping to China 10$
Customs duties again 30$

And they don't care. They are always kind and good to customers before buying. After they dont care and dont respond or give proper solutions to their customers. I will never buy from this shop again!!!!!
I suggest that you bypass this store and buy from another one.

"Ya he comprado cuatro veces en Pandawill. El plazo de entrega ha sido generalmente de veinte días, desde China a España. Sólo hubo un retraso debido a una rotura de stock.
La mercancia llegó toda en buenas condiciones menos un cargador que se estropeó a lo dos días. Reclamé y me dieron un cupón descuento por un valor superior, todo fué muy rápido.
