"I received my part 2 days after I ordered it. Yeah! I bought my Whirlpool washer and dryer brand new in 1994 and Never once had a problem. Well time caught up with me and the dryer stopped heating. I called Sears Appliance Repair Service. The Technician said the Dryer Cycle SWITCH was not registering and the part was no longer in production. I googled my brand model number and the part. Partselection.com came up. I looked for that part description the Sears Tech told me and when it didn't come up, I thought he must of meant the Dryer Cycle Thermostat wasn't working and it made sense because it has to do with a dryer heating. That is what I found on Partselection.com. Not only did I find this part for the model of my dryer, I found a video showing how it's installed. I always go on Youtube to see if I can do things myself or to make sure I understand things when I am having something repaired by any Technician. I ordered the part thinking for $35 bucks I should at least see if this fixes the dryer. Well it didn't work so I went ahead and ordered a new washer and dryer from a discount website that my employer pays for called ticketsonline.com They sell Samsung appliances at a deep discount. However, I chose the ones with the least amount of "bells and whistles". This is simply to lessen the amount of things going wrong...I hope. And they're white appliances. Anyway if this dryer gets fixed by some other agency and sent for sell at a non-profit, at least one replaced part is new. The washer works. Thanks for such an inclusive website that gives over and above the information and service to your customers. "
