"Received ac pulley assembly in its box, but only wrapped in plastic. No outer box. Immediately noticed box damaged and plastic torn. Opened package to find pulley bent beyond use. An outer box with packing would have prevented this. Returned part and refund was received. "

Part was 1/2inch short and one braket welded at funny angle. After text with customers support and telling them of the manufacturer error and part would not..
