I suffer from medically documented lyme disease that causes me long stretches of bed ridden, very ill periods of time. I have migraines that last for 5-6 hrs at a time day after day, month after month at times. I have been suffering such a debilitating period since purchasing the air filter from you. I have not been well enough to perform the labor to change out the filter until after 30 days had expired. The filter is clearly the wrong size. It's diameter is too big and its about 5-6 cm too long. In this instance, your company should be decent enough to accept my refund due to the circumstances. It is in mint condition and in the original undamaged box."
