When I received it, it was deformed, and it looked like it was returned a couple times before as the box had torn off shipping labels from the past, Then when I returned the part, they only gave me my refund for the part only and not the return shipping… I had to eat $27
Waste of time, will not buy from this place again

"Ordered driveshaft for 2005 dodge dakota 4x4. Received it it a few days, shipping was good. The flange on the end of driveshaft is made wrong as it will not bolt correctly to pinion. It is machined wrong. Returned it with no problem but partsgeek charged me a handling fee when there part is made wrong. Chinese part! Will not be ordering from parts geek again and would not recommend them. Ordered driveshaft from Amazon and it was the same bad made chinese drive shaft only cheaper and they didn't charge me a handling fee. Got a usa made one and it fit just right."
"Erick Mina was the associate that helped me on the chat line. He had all the information of my car except Vin number. He was given the Vin to" insure that I received the right part." I did not receive the right part! When I called for return, I was put through many paces to try and get it returned. I was also accused of ordering the wrong part. I obviously did not order the wrong part, I was given the part I needed. I was also asked for the Vin again because I ordered the wrong part. I was hoping to continue using your service for all my needs. But I have lost any confidence in the ability of your parts associates. "

"Severe damage to brake pads, multiple gouges on brake pads. Large denting and high ridges on the edges of the pad from being tossed around. Had to take them to a machine shop to have them decked before installation. So pads are already at 50%. So there's another $40 spent."
