"While I'm generally a fairly easy-to-please customer, I'm left with some sour aftertaste this time. The parts arrived on time and presumably in good condition, so that's a win. PartGeek delivered as expected as they always have. However, the parts should have never arrived at all. The website offers an option to cancel orders. However, they refuse to do so even if you try within hours (2-3 days before shipment progresses). I was instructed to wait until the order arrived and RMA to return. It seems that somewhere in the fine print they mention that RMAs are a customer-paid shipment, which makes it pointless to send back. The wasteful shipping is a trivial thing that would be easily avoidable if they operated like a business in this millennium. Will I order PartsGeek again? Probably, sure. I'll just make "really, really" sure that I need the part before clicking the go button. "
