"I ordered my part on June 13. According to the tracking number it is stuck in St. Louis and still says it is scheduled to arrive on the 19th of June. Today is June 27. So not only has it not been delivered, it is 8 days past the date it says it will be here. I chatted with whatever on Monday. They did some kind of ticket and told me to call back in five days if I haven’t received it. Well I called again today. Sorry I didn’t wait five days. Just trying to get them to cancel the order and send another one. I was informed I hadn’t waited my five days, but Ross (?) said to call him at his extension Saturday if it doesn’t come today or tomorrow. I have a feeling I’ll be calling Ross. I hope he’s there. "
