"I ordered a rear differential. 5 days later, fedex was still saying they hadn't received the package. I called customer service and they assured me that it had shipped on Tuesday and should arrive the following Tuesday. The following Tuesday, it didn't arrive and I called customer service. After after waiting 2 hours for a call back, I was put on hold and hung up on. I called back and waited another 20 minutes for a call back. I was then put on hold and hung up on again. When I called back the third time, I got a direct answer. This guy told me that fedex had lost the part and I would receive a refund. I understand things happen. But if the first guy I talked to would have told me that it was lost, I wouldn't have waited another week to finally just go buy the part somewhere else. "
