The representative asked for my VIN to verify the correct blade was selected for my purchase. it certainly was not the cheapest blade, but there was confirmation that it "would" fit. Once it arrived, I noticed that not all of the pieces were in the box so that I could install the blade.
I contacted PartsGeek to note that a piece is missing to use the blade and the representative told me the description didn't say all the parts for installation would be in the box.
That is like saying if you order a bucket of chicken, and a picture of chicken is on the bucket, your order is complete."
