"beware of ordering a set of a product instead of buying piece by piece. i bought a set of motor mounts, and one was defective. in order to have gotten credit of replacement for that one part, i would have had to return all 4 mounts. i had already installed the most difficult one, and i wasnt about to remove it to send all of them back. i dont see why they couldnt have at least offered to send a partial refund. i have always been satisfied with their service and products, until this happened."
