"I ordered a steering rack on May 3; then notified by Parts Geek that the part was shipped on May 6; then checked with FedEx a few days later to find out that a label had been created and they were waiting for the part; then made several attempts to find out what was going on. On May 15 I was told there was a warehouse technical issue that prevented the part from shipping and it would be a couple more weeks; then on May 16 i was told my money would be refunded and I could reorder if I wanted.
I plan to reorder once I get my refund, and I hope to report that service is as advertised."

"I've ordered from parts geek before and never had an issue but with this alternator it was supposed to be delivered on Monday and now it just says heading to the next facility with no expected date of delivery. We have a work truck sitting here and jobs waiting on us. I got the run around with usps and tried calling your customer service line and was on hold for a bit and then went ahead and selected the option to have a call back and never received a call so I am very disappointed in this whole situation wandering whether we are going to get the part or not.
