"I ordered and paid for a Dee Zee tail gate assist shock. UPS delivered a bag that had been opened. My wife asked the driver why he’d deliver an empty bag? He said he’d check with his supervisor. We never heard back from UPS. Parts Geek did an investigation and said they’d refund the purchase (to which we’ve yet to recieve) and then asked if there was anything they could do? We asked them to to replace the shock. Parts Geek responded by saying unfortunately we must go on line and order a new one. There’s no way I’d order anything again from them; the first time is your fault and the second time is my fault."
