"I ordered a GM control arm hardware kit that showed cam plate pins were included. I ordered from Parts Geek specifically to get the pins. It took 5 days to get the parts from the warehouse to the USPS including a weekend. Using the customer service page to inquire about late shipment tells you just to wait. No access to support personnel. I had to call the sales line to get a person to run the issue down the following day. Long story short - incorrect part description, late shipment, late delivery, poor customer support. A strikeout all the way around. In the end, I did not send the parts back because of the problem I had getting what I did in the first place. I had to fabricate the alignment guide pins I needed. I will not order from Parts Geek again unless I am forced to. As you can read, I am a very unsatisfied customer who does order automotive parts from the internet very often. "
