"I ordered a valve cover gasket set for my Honda in the photo and reading it came with the valve cover gasket,4 sparkplug rubber gaskets and 5 rubber bolt grommets. I received a set that was missing the 5 grommets but no big deal I'll use what I have and call to get the grommets since they sell them by themselves....wrong when I went to send a message to them about it it stated I cannot return it because It's not new in packaging and they cannot split another set....but it didn't say anything about the grommets they sell by themselves they could just send me. I don't want to return the parts I used on my car...I just wantthe 5 grommets I paid for in the kit. "
