"Ordered a brake kit, it was sent with rotors and pads for four wheels. When opened all was present so removed old parts, cleaned off rotors and hung on bolt studs. Looked closer at pads and center pin missing for brake piston (slotted). Customer service said must return the entire package and since I cleaned the rotor, it was ineligible for return. After refusing to accept that as their error, a partial return was offered, but not honored as they requested the entire kit. Wow. Car in pieces with no brakes in the garage, so discussed pad only refund. Horrible response for their mistake. And since it was not detected until after rotors were sprayed with brake cleaner, they said nothing was allowed to be refunded. Will never purchase parts here again."

"It was probably my fault, but I accidentally double ordered. On the final page of the order, there was a note that they would NOT accept cancellation or return. I went back to the title page to get the phone number, and saw that I COULD cancel. I did, & re-ordered as originally planned. I paid a bit extra to have the part expedited & it was sent to shipping right away. The shipper selected was a little slow in my book - about 5 days for shipping from KS to CA.

But the part (a taillight assembly for a Lexus) was an exact match to the original, cost less than half the dealer price, & took about 10 minutes to install. Overall, a triumph!"
